My name is Madelen Fuller, and I am the President and CEO of Paragon. I have over seven years of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2015, I began exclusively working in the Anesthesia and Pain Management realm. I am an accomplished compliance specialist and auditor. My passion is revenue cycle performance. Specifically, analysis and taking the deeper dive. My perspective on the revenue cycle is much the same as you would view a diamond. As you turn it, a new perspective is revealed. Each facet representing an opportunity to analyze it and bring out more brilliance. It’s the deeper dive into each facet which drives me to perfect my craft. I like to partner with physicians, administrators and third party billing leadership teams get more from their revenue cycle than mere coal dust. Afterall, diamonds are a girl’s best friend…
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte; a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Healthcare Management from Appalachian State University. I am a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC); a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) through American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC); Certified Healthcare Auditor (CHA) through American Institute of Healthcare Compliance (AIHC); Certified Healthcare Collections Manager (CHCM) through American Institute of Healthcare Compliance (AIHC); and a Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer (CHCO) through American Institute of Healthcare Compliance (AIHC).
