Step 2 - Project Work
During this step in the process we will complete our signed agreement and Paragon will begin work on the project plan.
What you can expect: We will…
- Draft our “Scope of Work” document and sign our Service Contract and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements
- Draft our HIPAA Privacy & Security Risk Assessment
- Finalize the timeline for key events, project updates and formal reporting
- Establish documentation exchange with the third-party organizations. (Billing company, Facilities)
- Complete the project work
